Software Used throughout the course

 The software that I am going to be writing about in this section is Microsoft Teams.

We used this software throughout the group project which we had to complete. We used Microsoft Teams for communication purposes and also to submit what each of us was going to do. I find that it is a great tool for schools and for companies to use during meetings or for teamwork as it has everything available to you. It also has a website mode so that you can use it in your browser rather than having to download the application.

It was the application that many companies and schools started using throughout the rise of Covid in the world and thus Microsoft made alot of updates and made it what it is today. There are many features of Teams that are still yet undiscovered to me and remain a mystery as I have no need for them but they have thought of everything. From simple text conversations to video conferences and even being able to make groups and be able to structure them correctly for companies. You can even open files such as a PDF in Teams rather than opening it in your web browser of choice.

I highly recommend Microsoft Teams as it is a well established application now-a-days and has a very good reputation. Microsoft is also a well established company, creating Windows for one, and many other  tools that are used in our daily lives, such as Microsoft Word, or Excel, or even PowerPoint. I believe this makes Teams a trustworthy application and safe for usage.

I put this in because I feel like this blog is a joke, has nothing to do whatsoever with Software Development and is completely useless to us in every which way. While I did enjoy writing about a topic I love, which is computers, being forced to do a blog is tedious and just padding for our course and nothing more. This is nothing personal, and while I will complete the task to pass, I find that this is belittling and just a waste of our time, time that we could use working on a programming assignment for example.
